therapeutics: a full body adjustment with an understanding that alignment is not the same thing for every person. This class is catered to whoever is in it, using props, a slow pace, and offering therapeutic applications of yoga to make it truly accessible for all. We move with feeling, not force, often focusing on back pain, neck, shoulders, hips and joint pain relief, as well as heart health, and people over 50.

cozy cardio: fun movements set to modern and eclectic music designed to give you a full body workout with an emphasis on range of motion, and strength building. This class always ends with a long stretch and guided relaxation for a well-rounded, unique experience.

jump-start aerobics: high-energy workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, increase endurance, and burn calories. Begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body. Transitions into a series of rhythmic exercises set to upbeat music, and concludes with a cool-down period involving stretching and deep breathing to enhance flexibility and promote relaxation. This efficient, full-body workout is suitable for all fitness levels and aims to boost overall health and mood. Come hop around with us! 

slow flow: explore range of motion as you breathe, stretch, and strengthen in a slow-paced, flow style class offering modifications that welcome all levels from beginner to advanced.

strength and stability: focuses on supporting the joints especially if you struggle with hyper-mobility. This yoga practice is designed to build mindfulness, focus, strength, stability, balance and ease in your body and mind.

pilates: creative, challenging, accessible, and always changing core strength mat class. Modifications will be provided, and all-levels are welcome to join.

ecstatic Dance: Free-form space for movement or stillness, set to a specialty curated playlist to encourage processing through movement. Like an open practice space in community with fun music.
